Replicating the Amsterdam Free Library's original historic appearance, contractor's shop drawings were prepared for the construction of ornate dormers with louvers to restore attic ventilation, approved by the owner's architect without revision.

Concept plans were developed to add a first floor primary suite and emergency/ramp access via the garage for single-floor living including full handicap accessibility with increased space for wheelchair maneuverability.

Consultation was provided on behalf of the Homeowner to guide their contractor in repairing masonry foundation and wall damage, in addition to advising mitigation measures to prevent future recurring damage.
