An addition to the early 20th century home welcomes the residing family and their guests with a new spacious entry that leads to an expanded living room. 

To explore the possibility, concept plans were developed to add a first floor primary suite and emergency/ramp access via the garage for single-floor living including full handicap accessibility with increased space for wheelchair maneuverability.

Consultation was provided on behalf of the Homeowner to guide their contractor in repairing masonry foundation and wall damage while advising measures to prevent future recurring damage.

Replicating the Amsterdam Free Library's original historic appearance, contractor's shop drawings were prepared for the construction of ornate dormers with louvers to restore attic ventilation, approved by the owner's architect without revision.

To increase the resiliency and energy efficiency of the 1895 building, a SHPO-approved design for the replacement of the original 1895 slate roof and historic-appearing energy efficient window replacements were developed for the Cohoes City Hall & Police Department.*

Design of a 30,000 square foot office fit-up for M+W Group in Albany to serve as the U.S. headquarters for the global company, incorporating the client's branding and flexible work spaces in adherence to their office design standards.*
