An addition to the early 20th century home welcomes the residing family and their guests with a new spacious entry that leads to an expanded living room. 

Replicating the Amsterdam Free Library's original historic appearance, contractor's shop drawings were prepared for the construction of ornate dormers with louvers to restore attic ventilation, approved by the owner's architect without revision.

The root cause of recurring water damage was investigated for this  homeowner, who was left with actionable steps to take to preserve and  repair their home. 

Consultation was provided on behalf of the Homeowner to guide their contractor in repairing masonry foundation and wall damage while advising measures to prevent future recurring damage.

To increase the resiliency and energy efficiency of the 1895 building, a SHPO-approved design for the replacement of the original 1895 slate roof and historic-appearing energy efficient window replacements were developed for the Cohoes City Hall & Police Department.*

Master Plan advancement for medical offices, in-patient facilities, vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and supporting infrastructure and features - while blending with the adjacent historic downtown of Dover, Delaware.*
