Concept Design for Adaptive Reuse - Mayfield, NY

Adaptive Sports Recreation Complex

A new recreation facility for the Lexington Foundation to accommodate adaptive sports, including many features specific to a modern approach to various physical and developmental disabilities, gender, and neurodiversity needs throughout the facility, plus outdoor walking path, fields, and splash park.*

Historic City Hall & Police Department - Cohoes, NY

Accessibility Audit & Concept Design

The historic 1895 building was reviewed for compliance with modern ADA requirements, and a building-wide concept design was developed for bringing the entire building into compliance while maintaining the original architect's approach to form and circulation.*

Corporate Office Fit-up Design - Albany, NY

Varied & Flexible Workspaces

Design of a 30,000 square foot office fit-up for M+W Group in Albany included a range of space types for multiple cognitive needs, including flexible furnishings to convert some spaces for various activities. The office serves as the U.S. headquarters for the global company.*

Historic Post Office - Granville, NY

Accessible Lobby Entrance

Alterations to the historic Post Office added an ADA-compliant ramp and entrance without disturbing the historic front entrance. The design both complied with USPS design standards and blended with the in-place historic materials that spoke to the town's heritage.*

Tenant Fit-up Design - Albany, NY

Fitness Center

A new format for the YMCA, the Evolution fitness center in Albany features a range of equipment areas, weight lifting, yoga room, and HIIT area. The facility, including each type of equipment was planned to have handicap accessibility access.*

New Building - Crestview, FL

Orthopedic Practice

Design of a new 12,000 square foot orthopedic practice designed to Florida's hurricane resistance standards. The facility includes a physical therapy gym, exam rooms, casting rooms, and imaging. A coastal aesthetic at Crestview Orthopaedic fits the Florida locale.*

Johnstown, NY

Age in Place Private Residence

A contemporary design wrapped in traditional materials houses single-floor living including full handicap accessibility, plus second floor guest accommodations.*

New Building - Austin, TX

In-Patient Skilled Nursing Facility

Design and Construction Administration of a new 65,000 square foot, 80 bed in-patient skilled nursing facility with full physical therapy suite, including outdoor and activities of daily living therapy areas. A southwest aesthetic at The Center at Parmer merges the local culture with medical necessities.*

Equipment Plan Design - Albany, NY

Neighborhood Fitness Center

A new private gym was planned to serve an existing apartment complex in Albany. Each type of equipment in the small space was planned to have handicap accessibility access.*

In-Patient Skilled Nursing Facility

Design and Construction Administration of a new 65,000 square foot, 80 bed in-patient skilled nursing facility with full physical therapy suite, including outdoor and activities of daily living therapy areas. New Elevator Installation

Multi-phase selective renovation of historic early 20th century structure for St. John's Episcopal Church to included a new elevator installation, serving as both accessible and delivery access to the upper floors of the building - while retaining many historic features beloved by the community.*
